Delete or Request a Copy of Your Data

WorkPe strictly respects your rights regarding personal data sovereignty and complete data erasure under applicable Indian privacy frameworks.

How to request data erasure or export:

Select "Data Deletion / Account Erasure Request" in the form above or email support@workpe.app with your registered 10-digit mobile number and business name.

Processing Timelines:

It takes up to 2 business days to entirely delete your account and scrub worker records, and up to 30 days to retrieve and share an archived copy of your data upon verified identity confirmation.

Important Notice: Data erasure requests are permanent and irreversible. Once processed, all worker profiles, historical attendance ledgers, wage rates, and cash advance records are scrubbed from active systems and cannot be restored.
